Can someone confirm which of the three relays shown is the starter relay.
The instructions, that came with an accessory I purchased, has a photo which points to the left hand one being the starter relay. I seem to recall reading the centre one is the starter relay. Vehicle is a 2007 Puma 90 H/T 2.4. Click image to enlarge Thanks, Keith |

Its the middle one I'm pretty sure. Try and start it, you should find the correct one that way.

Thanks for the link Dorset but it doesn't open for me. I have found a diagram on my downloaded workshop manual which shows the starter relay as the centre one.

Any good? I produced this some time ago for similar reasons.
https://www.defender2.net/gallery/albums/u...Relays.pdf Haha, and I have just realised that it is exactly the same document that Dorset linked to above, clearly my work has spread throughout Landrover-land. Does this count as "going viral"? Remember, it came from me first (although I did steal Landrover's pictures). |
