Trico wiper blades, lifting in the middle
After some good feedback I bought some new trico wiper blades and fitted em but now they are bent too much so that the edges are only touching the screen and the middle section is not even touching the screen a good 4" unswept section of screen, very annoying? how do I resolve it to try avoid the Censored of removing and sending back? 2008 Santorini Black 110 XS USW (Sold)

Remove them, Chuck them in the bin and fit silblade units. Had a pair on my truck for 10 years now and they still wipe better than a new pair of rubber blades, It is not a Defender, it is a One_Ten

Alternatively it could be the springs in the wiper arms getting a bit weak and not pressing the blades against the windscreen effectively It is not a Defender, it is a One_Ten

The problem with most replacement wiper blades is that they're designed to accommodate curved windscreens which of course the Defender has not.
It may be possible to "tweak" the frame a little so that they sit more flat on the screen.
