Plant dealers
Anyone on here a Plant dealer as in mini diggers etc?

A mate is looking for a mini digger and will be heading over from Spain later on the in month to purchase.

From memory, 1.7-2.7t range. (Not JCB) and reasonable hours. With trailer preferred. 1999 Defender TD5 110

From experience I'd suggest going with Kubota digger with Brian James trailer. Thumbs Up
Try BTE Plant Sales for diggers.

Thanks peoples.

So far I have seen 3 adverts on Gumtree for the same digger from the same seller in three areas of the country. (Midlands/Ruthin & Liverpool) 1999 Defender TD5 110

Yes be aware of dodgy s/h ads.
Some ask for your money before delivery.......well no delivery in the end !! Except for your money into their account.
If it looks a bargain then be very aware.
Stick to genuine dealers.
Used machinery dealers mainly export as kit for sale is generally tired and better off out of the country.

Butterfield Plant at Liversedge. I buy my telehandlers and excavators from Robert. Always a fair price and tells it like it is. When It's time to swap he always buys back at a fair price. Worth a call.

Yep, nice machines.

I'm on the lookout for a Kubota compact tractor at the moment.

We have two G26 ride on's which are based on the compact tractor range.

Smooth, powerful and completely reliable Thumbs Up

We also have a Kubota excavator, again, super reliable and good on fuel Thumbs Up 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon

Iseki SXG326 by far the better machine than G26 having managed a large fleet of both. Kubota missed a trick when bringing that model out. However their diggers just tick the box well Thumbs Up

In what way is the Iseki better? I'd genuinely like to know, as we've been really impressed with the Kubotas.

We've had our G26s for 7 years and they've done a total of 6,000 hours between them without a single breakdown or failure. That's with probably 15 different drivers over that time.

Excellent wet weather performance and they'll cut dry grass at 1900 RPM so they're quiet too Thumbs Up 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon
