I think your referring to the possible window openings.
Cant be 100% but here is my take. In Austria you pay a thing called NOVA on cars. Its a tax (to add on to the 50% personal income tax) that they attribute to pollution I think. But it can be as high as 19% of the value of the car. Only applied to new cars. My Defender is not classed as a car here. Its classed as a commercial vehicle and so this tax is not payable. So what people do is buy these and then put the glass in the back and hope no one asks (which they rarely do). I have been ok with it as it is but its fairly standard on many 110 Utilities here. This is how it came from the factory. Hope that was your question, anyway. Ill post some pic on the inside tomorrow. |

Yeah, it was the blanked out windows that caught my eye. Standard USW's come with completely solid rear panels (although still with all of the normal station wagon trim on the inside). Darren
