Odd.
First things to check would be coolant level, and that heater cable is fully pulling the hot/cold lever over. |

That’s all fine.
The heater works fine through the driver’s footwell outlet, and both screen vents. It’s just the passenger footwell. |

That suggests a problem with the mechanism within the plenum (the lower part of the dash) that diverts air to the footwell vents. It's cable operated by one of the heater levers but ISTR there's rod that links the two vent flaps, so perhaps that's come adrift at one end. Darren

Sounds like a likely reason
How do l get to these parts, can it be accessed from inside or do l have to take out the heater from the engine bay? |

They're within the lower part of the dash, so it's necessary to dismantle the dash enough to gain access. I couldn't tell you how much, off the top of my head, but I suspect that it's 'most of it'.
