floppy headlining
Mate's 05 90 hardtop has got a saggy headlining - it's coming away around the alpine lights and sagging in the middle.

Are there any clips holding it in? Any recommended bodges/fixes to overcome it? To me it looks like the best bet is to remove it and brace it with some ply strips/ribs buth without knowing how the headlining is held up I'm just guessing.

idont think it is held in the middle.

There used to be a few ribs you could have clipped it to - but ive not see then inside of a later roof, they may have been deleted. Mike

Looks like I need to finish clearing out the barn so we can wheel his in there and rip the headlining out for a look-see then. Cheers
