Well had a few hrs spare this afternoon so thought id crack on with a bit more of the back..
So started with a good clean. Click image to enlarge Placed the self adhesive foam pads on the side walls. I found the front 1 was easier to cut this peace in half as once the backing removed there super sticky and you have to feed it behind the seatbelt anchor point a bit tight!! Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge The actual panels are a very good fit the only extra i had to do was slightly enlarge the cut out that fits over the bulk head due to the carpet... There pre marked at the top so the 1st few holes are easy to drill. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge So about 2 and half hrs later the backs now looking a little bit prettier ... Click image to enlarge Really liking the bottom edge fit against the carpet.. Click image to enlarge Bit of a change.. Thanks for the positive comments..
Just in the process of designing some storage space. Going to build in some low level.cupboards . Not going to use it for long periods away week ends more than anything. If away any length of time will tow the caravan behind. Tomoro's job is centre seat out and matching grey cubby box in with matching techno fabric lid. |
