Help identifying fused wire
A long standing issue I have with my defender is a battery drain that has cost me 2 batteries in the 2 years I have owned it and the current one fitted is showing signs of failing now as it really struggles to turn the engine over after it has been stood for more than roughly 12 hours. I have one wire directly connected to the battery that is fused and disappears out the side of the battery box but I haven’t been able to find the other end of it yet to find out what it powers. Pulling the fuse doesn’t appear to stop anything working yet that I can find. From the picture below, can anyone tell me whether their 110 has this wire in the battery box and if it is there from factory, what it does? Not the little black wire, the wire in the protective sleeve at the tip of the arrow.

Thanks!
