You can but you need to remove the frame from the vehicle and then split the frame by undoing a couple of screws.
It is quite an easy job on a pre Puma model as the frames are riveted in but the Puma frames are glued in. I am sure if it can be done without removing the frame somebody will be along to correct me ! Ok hoping I can pop them out somehow without taking the frame out. That’s been the biggest pain ever

I was told by my workshop that in order to change the window runners, I would have to remove the whole window frame from side panel, which as stated is bonded in and a total pain to remove.
I would presume the same for the window glass. Hoping someone might have a simpler way? |

You can replace the runners without removing the glass.
I just did it on mine using this: https://www.woolies-trim.co.uk/product/1649/small-window-channel It usually only the bottom half that needs doing. It slides in easy enough with a bit of silicon spray. |
