Just keep your eye on the Sales/Wanted section of the forum. There’s often examples of nice kit being offered. As I’m “Old School”, I like the factory Safari 5000’s. Nowhere near as bright as state of the art LEDs or HIDs but plenty good enough for what I need.

Hi, PIAA are a good brand and fairly expensive. If they don't NEED to be replaced, you could end up wasting money on something that's not as good.
If they do need to be replaced, then the choices depend entirely on your budget. Sticking with halogen lamps that should be a direct replacement there are loads of options. From around £50 for Maxtel (Wipac) spots, via Hella, Cibie, Lightforce etc, all the way to Warn SDB lamps for £600 a pair (come with a loom and switches). Make sure the new lamps won't overload the wiring, fuse and relays in the existing system. Stick to the same wattage bulbs if you're unsure. |

I just brought a pair of lightforce striker 170’s and damn they are bright and you can also swap the lens covers dependant on what you want them for 2008 110 2.4 XS Utility (Hagrid)

Thanks all. I am going for a direct replacement of PIAA ones. Want to make the truck look as close as possible to how it was originally as I have the unenviable task of prepping it to sell.
