If your happy with the stereo, why not fit a parrot hands free and leave your stereo as is?
Get it professionally fitted if car electrics are not your thing so the car stereo mutes and the front speakers carry the telephone call. Unless they have gone down hill in the last couple of years, I had one fitted a few years back and it was great whereas, I have had varying success with integrated car stereo hands free kits. The Alpine one on the Defender isn't bad. |

Alpine really good, place the mic above the drivers door, can't fault it.

Only downside to a parrot is if you want to bluetooth music, it will only do it via the built in amp of the parrot unit which sounds

Sent with the alpine and had it for a few months now. Very happy indeed.
