Best treatment for rear cross member?
There are a few bubbles starting to appear on mine, so I would like to restore. It’s a 2013 and I have seen worse but think prevention will be better than the cure. Was going to take it back to bare metal, undercoat and top coat. What would the Defender2 faithful recommend for under coat and top coat?

BTW, undersealing and chassis preservation booked in for early Feb, so will wait until after this to do the external surfaces.

Check out the buzzweld page on Facebook it superb stuff

They do a excellent cross member refurb kit I have used it on 2 of mine and will be using their chassis kit again on the 110 once the weather dries up 2008 110 2.4 XS Utility (Hagrid)

My rear cross member has gone a bit silver and the NAS step (factory i think) has some rust. As my car has warranty would this all be covered?

Co1 I have used numerous of Craig’s products from buzzweld and tbh would not use anything else

Out of interest what chassis treatment are you having? As I would avoid waxoyl and dinitrol as the products from buzzweld perform better imho 2008 110 2.4 XS Utility (Hagrid)
