I did this exercise a year or so ago and by far the best place to find all of the various parts was eBay. It's surprising how many little bits and pieces of bracketry there are. It's also worth identifying which wiring loom you need as there are several different types depending on whether you have central locking and/or a high level brake light.
There are some details about how I rebuilt one of these doors here: https://www.defender2.net/forum/post653755.html#653755 If you're fitting it to the 300tdi in your profile then you'll also need to make some modifications to the wiring for the rear wiper, as the later arrangement is very different.
