England 2009 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 USW Galway Green
It is the remote Ariel, goes to pin 26, grey plug 10as unit. I extended mine up the door pillar to extend remote range. 2009my. Different colour for some reason than the orange wire with a grey stripe that all search results talk about. Mine has not got a orange/grey anywhere on the 10as unit. LIFE`S TOO SHORT TO DRIVE A BORING VEHICLE

Well there's a thing!

There is no way that the 10AS aerial on mine would reach anywhere near the radio aperture, and it doesn't have any sort of clip.

That is not the 10AS aerial wire. I imagine that it is an aerial wire for the ICE.

Even if it is underlined on the internet, it can still be untrue Laughing

Thanks all, nothing to stress about then, I may try and extend it and see if the range improves on the central locking.

Cheers.
