Update, hooked up the wife’s car to the booster cables and boom, power, followed by the dreaded alarms sounding.

She had to leave for work, so called the rescue guys to come boost it and we can run through the battery disconnet proceedure, which will hopefully stop the alarms.

Man those alarms are very loud

If yes, should have gone off unless the alarm sounder battery is also dead


Yes, I have the back up.sounder... that is dead too, although once I hooked up to the wife’s car this am, all sounded...

Yeah the back up battery is charged by the car battery so if the car battery was dead for a while may not have charged the BBS battery
