Picture speaks a thousand words! You don’t say if it’s a 90/110/130 or Td5 tdci?!

I'd hazard a guess that it's a 2008 90 CSW in Java Black
Tim, I think you're stuck with having to drop the tank. Darren 110 USW BUILD THREAD - EXPEDITION TRAILER - 200tdi 90 BUILD THREAD - SANKEY TRAILER - IG@landroveranorak "You came in that thing? You're braver than I thought!" - Princess Leia |

Magnet on a stick down through one of the bolt holes to locate it and lift it up, get one bolt in the other hole then to hold it. Cheers

Thanks you both for the suggestions. I’ll try the magnet route first before dropping the tank.
NickMc - it is a 90. Does this help with your reply/suggestions? |

If it has the nuts on the plate, use a bit of threaded bar. That way you can slot over the fitting, then use other bolt, remove threaded bar, use second bolt.

Sadly neither the magnet nor the threaded bar worked
Started to remove the cradle to get a chance at getting to it from beneath. 5 broken nuts later from underneath I’m left with the two nuts in the rear bumper area. Normal socket won’t fit, so I need s deep socket. Does anyone know the nut size? Thanks |
