Battery Cable Routing
Could someone maybe post a pic of the live cable that runs from battery across the seatbox to the fusebox.

The cable that attaches to seatbox by means of a metal bracket. 4.6 RV8 110HT

There is one live cable that goes direct from pos term on battery, across back of battery box, then into conduit and over the top of transbox, then into under drivers seat box onto fuse box there. Is that the one one you are asking about?

This cable is one of the main security vulnerabilities of the Defender, and in consequence you may find people are a bit cagey advertising its location. If you are asking because you want to renew/replace it, you may want to consider running it via a route that affords adequate protection rather than as it would originally have been routed.

It’s got a 90 degree terminal at 1 end that goes to fuse box, and a bolt at other end that goes onto battery terminal clamp. 4.6 RV8 110HT

Mine fit by some push on plastic clips (under the seatbox), these clips push onto the exposed threads of some of the bolts that poke through.

Think they're moulded with cable ties so the loom just "zips" up into place.
