Electric woes

Hi,

I just swapped out the standard interior light bulb with an LED assembly from Nakatanenga and not only does the light no longer work but the radio head unit doesn't come on and the engine no longer starts. Any ideas what has caused this? Didn't think that such a small mod would render the car immobile

Put the original bulb back but didn't resolve the issues. Did noticed one or two small sparks when fitting new unit but didn't think anything fo it....

You've blown the fuse. You'll need to replace it.

First time this has happened to me..any ideas where I can buy a replacement? I suspect its F29 (checked the handbook) as the clock and radio no longer function...

Halfords or online, most places. They are a standard blade fuse / ATO fuse.
Be sure to replace like for like with the same rating. TheThunder Rolls🇬🇧🇺🇸

You have blown the fuse, but not sure about the engine not starting part

Thanks for the replies. As for the engine not starting, the red immobiliser light below the instrument dials no longer flashes when the car is alarmed/locked...i suspect (or better said hope) that the fuse issue is preventing the immobiliser from disengaging.
