What I understand from the neighbor it is owned by a farmer who is a Land Rover fanatic so I expect it is still in use.

It looks as though you can back a tractor up to it and lift up the front end of the Land Rover on the tractor's 3-point linkage.

That would rip the bumper off.
Suggest its for attaching an a-frame for towing. |
