2.5NA
The small mounting blocks for the viscous fan cowl have broke on my 2.5NA. Now I know they are only cheap to buy, but was wondering if I could just remove the cowl altogether,

Cheers

Whilst a different engine, when I bought my old 200tdi 90 it didn't have a cowl fitted and the fan was nowhere near as effective as it should have been. At the first opportunity, I fitted a new cowl and all was well. Darren

You can pick up the rubber bobbins from most motor factors easily and cheaply.
