I quote like these as not a million miles from exterior colour. How hard is this job?

Not too bad of a job. You have to remove the needles and can be difficult to get them back on exactly in the right place so your gauges may be slightly out afterwards.
Remove upper and lower plastics from clocks. 4 screws Remove clocks. 2 screws. 1 plug. Remove plastic front face. About 8 clips. Remove needles. (Take picture for position reference.) Turn towards zero position (important) and pull. Needles will pop off. Can’t quite remember how the front face comes off. Pretty sure it’s a few more clips. Then the clock decal will come off. Fit new decal and refit everything. When refitting the needles. Push them on so they’re reading slightly higher than you want. Then you can turn them to the zero position slowly. Have fun. 2011 Defender DCPU 2.2 - https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic30623.html Instagram - @r22oyp Roy |

May have spoken slightly too soon! Speedo seems ok, then "slips", so I guess that needle isnt on correctly!!
