New Key
The battery of my 2014 Puma key fob has been flat for some time.

After replacing it, it no longer unlocks the car.

Can I use my BAS tool to reprogram the fob?

Cheers

Going from memory, I think you have to put the key in the ignition, turn to position II, turn off and then press the fob lock button 4 times.

I had a look in my hand book and as you say there is no procedure.

I had one of the keys replaced some time ago by the dealer and I wonder if they removed both fobs and just added 1 back

Worth double checking that you have the battery in the right way, and also perhaps trying another battery too.
Hope you don't have to pay Dealer to reprogram.

Remove the battery from the fob... hold down the lock or unlock button for 10 seconds.

Refit battery and then press the lock or unlock button 5 or 6 times and it should 'resync'

Worth a try before visiting a dealer or a good independent that has the kit for the later alarm set up. IRB

Just changed the battery in one of my fobs, and it was utterly unresponsive after.

Took battery out and followed Ian's advice above. With battery out, 10 sec press on a button, new battery in then pressed lock 6 times. Got a horn fanfare (...) as the door was open, then did a little dance.  1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top
