Just saw this on LRM's Instagram, I think it looks pretty good. Got a nice boxy D4-ish shape to it Matt.

Looks ghastly, nothing to really call it a defender unless its just a mockup to get a feel for how it will work IE seat placement ect.
I hope its a Freelander and not a defender or i will be sorely disapointed. I'm on IG: https://www.instagram.com/osloblue42/ Current: TD5 '110 "Lucinda" Thread here: https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic62562.html |

There's some big slabs of plastic on that to disguise the shape and hide any styling cues. The front of the bonnet, roof, under and around the side windows.
It can't be a continuation of the d3/4 with independent suspension... |

I think, what we are seeing here, is a double cab pick up. Look at the upper “body” behind the second row doors. Looks an awful lot like a canopy to me.

See the pic I have put in the other thread. I’m convinced what we are seeing here is a double cab pick up. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

*If* that is the new Defender under the disguise, it could have been a lot worse.
It needs 4 big mud flaps to add the finishing touch. (They will probably be part of a style pack ) |
