Having worked in retail for quite a few years (thankfully no longer!), I'd like to see people who do that (and there are many and most are female) get called out. Trust me when I say that it happens far more than most people think and that the clothing in question cannot, and should not, get resold. Another common 'trick' is to wear the item and then damage it by unpicking a seam, using this as the excuse to return it.

'it leaks'.....you did alright then. mine leaks a lot which I thought was the norm
