Bump. Now committed to another car so this needs to go. Mileage now 47k as its had a busy couple of months!
I forgot a couple of items: Now has a kbx grill Gwynn Lewis under arch protectors fitted front and rear. Xeng steering lock guard USB charging points fitted Just had a new egr cooler. You can choose from rock sliders (new never fitted) or original side steps Heated mirror kit V8 90...WIP |

Thanks. It's a lovely drive now with all the soundproofing and the sumo bars. It happily cruises on the motorway at 70 if you wish and you can still chat and hear the radio. I have done only 10k miles in it in two years, three of those in the last two months... I'll be sad to see it go for sure but our second car needs have changed. V8 90...WIP

I’m really surprised Paul. I don’t think you’re a million miles away on price and it seems many of the common weak points that can cost money are already addressed. (Clutch, Output Shaft & EGR Cooler). Add in the rack plus the other incidentals and it all sounds good.
Have you had it in Autotrader? Something perhaps worth pointing out is as it’s 2.2 it’s in the sensible Road Tax bracket so you don’t need to starve your family to pay for it. It has the DPF so is Euro 5 (Just in case the government bows to any more green pressure and starts to get ambitious with Road Tax) About 6 months ago I bought my 90 XS 2013 with 45k (no Upgraded Clutch, Output Shaft or EGR Cooler), no sound proofing, no carpets, no rack, parking sensors or all the other nice bits for £23.5k which at the time was less than CAP Trade. It is a lovely example and sensibly priced so surprised it hasn't been snapped up. I guess quite a closed market here. Have you tried Autotrader and pistonheads. You could try the dealers, or the likes of TMD, Hallum (?) or LR Motors? James
