TRW and blue box parts leaked i stick with genuine

Did you buy a genuine TRW at £££? There was someone on an auction site selling TRW cheap and not TRW.

You’d be surprised Eurocrap parts got duped a few years ago and bought a lot of fake LUK clutches for example Laughing

The TRW Master Cylinder was bought from LRDirect along with the AP slave cylinder. Quality-wise the external finishing was leagues ahead of the Bearmach part I have just installed.

Oh wise One of the Dorset Smithy Society, I wish I had of done Big Cry Alas I have made my bead and now must lie in it.

In two weeks I will be passing my tools, so will spend and hour or so rectifying this...

...Issue...! Rolling Eyes

Out of interest are there any good refurb kits out there? I still have the original LR cylinders sitting in my emergency parts bin... Could be persuaded to refurb them instead of fixing the Bearmach cylinders.

This not saying that all genuine LRJ parts are worth paying the green olive tax and will look around best prices
