Guys, as I can't guarantee i will have my defender back and rather than cancel last minute, I am pulling out of this now to allow someone else to go
I have a freelander dispute the promise of a Rangie or D4, but I would rather being doing the lanes and camping in my defender 
Have a good trip guys, thanks willy for the offer on camping in your back garden and sorry I could not have put some faces to names

I havent heard from Fordy since I sent the email about the meeting point etc. I asked if he was still coming and no response, so I can only assume he isn't which leaves a space. Two if tack doesn't come, but Tack, get on with it mate, at least three of us have winches so if there's an issue due to tyres, it'll be fine.
So, space for one more. |

I genuinely was only thinking that as I would be in the freelander it may have issues with either the terrain and just if I get bramble scratches everywhere etc the ag factor afterwards with enterprise rental whom LR are using to supply this vehicle
However your kind encouragement and the tought of another picture of me stuck in a non-defender to be plastered over the forum with me struggling to attach a recovery rope has convinced me  I still have to be careful though  
Thanks willy for the offer of the accommodation, I would like to take you up on that please

I pretty my guarantee it fekete, would not be the first time you have stood there and laughed while im stuck
I don't think you have to ask willy to tow me put of his field, I was hoping to get further than that
If you do camp I am happy to do that too for the beer and sin dig ummmm or the warm of a nice bed  |

Fine with me, Tack is it just yourself or a gang.

Wet and brown, none of that lager stuff as it's for women and germans. Apart from that, last time i drunk stella i woke up with me shirt on back to front
We end up at the Black Sheep Brewery on Sunday, which is my favourite place in the world, they have a great bar, unbelievably good beer and good food, well worth a visit.
If it's decent weather on Saturday we'll go to the pub around teatime for a beer then BBQ . If not we'll retire to the stables and drink beer while the wife BBQ's Original Member Pie n Pea Club.
