Likely either the stalk, or if multiple issues on multiple sockets common earth.
Don't discount an earthing fault as well as testing lives as both are just as important. Use a multimeter and check for voltage and earth continuity, there should be diagrams online. If it has been altered, manual testing will be in order. ⭐️⭐️God Bless the USA 🇬🇧🇺🇸 ⭐️⭐️ |

If I was you, I would see if you can work out the horn first. Looks like the simplest circuit to trace as I believe the indicators go through the hazard switch.
The green box, does it look aftermarket? Any chance this is an additional alarm which interrupts the feeds to indicators and horn etc for when the alarm sounds? The earth block in that the horn uses is also the same one for the headlights by the look of it, but is also shared with lots of other things. So I thought you would have noticed much more going wrong than just what you listed. |
