I bought a complete black set for my 300TDi from these...
http://www.stoneyracing.co.uk/Land-Rover-D..._p_19.html Not sure if they do TD5 but I know they are happy to have your vehicle in to make hoses up...these are absolutely amazing hoses for the money. And they do black! Since 1973...S1, Air Portable's, Defender's, but only my Wolf TUL HS GS remains |

top radiator hose, Racebikebitz, talk with Bruce.
The bottom set is more difficult, and i scored a Chinese set, which already failed me once... But a hose clamp and a lil glue solved my problem |

Talk to Paul Roose at Roose motor sport, he has had a complete set ie all coolant hoses from my td5 for a few weeks now & made a full set of templates/moulds to suit, my silicon hoses are expected later this week early next, mines 56 plate with later plate type fuel heater & egr cooler etc.
worth talking to him in person & discussing your needs etc. as said he's making the hoses as per a full set of original LR ones I supplied to him so hopefully should be A1. |

Are silicon hoses better?
My hoses are the OE ones currently on 102,000 miles/13 years old and all still perfectly good. |

Thanks again to all. I finally have bought a complete set of the Silicon hoses from Paul at Roose motor sport. Had to wait a couple of weeks but wasn’t a problem. 14 or 15 turned up making a complete set of top quality hoses in black ,my choice other colours are available. Took a good mate and I, 5 hours to complete the job. All sizes and shapes spot on. We also fitted them all with stainless Steel jubilee clips and a new thermostat. Thanks again to Roose motor sport and my mate. Thanks
