I doubt it since the Grand Cherokee is probably in a different class being a full sized SUV like the Range Rovers.
However JLR have already indicated that their thinking is in that direction when they released that limited edition 5.0 Defender, so it is possible! 1993 200 Tdi 90 CSW 1956 Series 1 Hard-top 1958 Series 1 Soft-top |

Discovery SVX? Not only fast but extremely off-road capable. Or did LR axe that?

Why are these type of vehicles always called Gladiator, Warrior, Animal etc?
Are the drivers paranoid that they might be thought of as a hairdresser? Your, er, "manhood" doesn't grow any bigger just because you drive a pick-up with a rufty-tufty name....... |

I agree, the aggressive names are unfortunate and a bit ridiculous.
Why on earth did LR chose the third line from a football team? |

Buy the all new 2019 Jeep Manhood, 8 litre V8, 10 inch lift, 40 inch tires... Seriously though, at least the Jeep Wrangler, despite major engineering changes still looks like a Jeep Wrangler...Are you listening Land Rover?? |

Each to their own but I think the Jeep Gladiator looks hideous. As far as macho makes for vehicles goes America has always led the way and the Japs are following. My all time favourite name for a car is the Nissan Cedric

It's because calling them names like this sells more vehicles in the target demographic. Sad, but true. The Jeep Compassion would not sell as well as the Jeep Ravager. |
