Puma stereo in another car
I have sold my original stereo to a friend with Jeep.
Everything works fine, but the security code - he needs to type it in every time he starts the engine.
Is there a non-ISO signal fed via ISO connector by Puma to prevent it? Or something is definitely missing from the connector on the Jeep side?

Look for the main power.

there are two +12V cables, one on battery (so the radio do not ask the coda all time) and the 2nd one +12V switched.

The LR radio have ISO connector (socket A and B on the attached pic.)

I had exactly the same behavior. As Dgardel sys, is about the two +12V cables. Make sure that they are not swapped (pin 4 on pin 7). In this case the radio will work fine but will lose memory when the power is cut.
