We missed the rain at the Great Dorset Steam fair but on Saturday we went over to Germany to watch my son play rugby and got really caught in the rain ,my son's the number 3 and just make's the line for his first of two trys.

Avelling, Is that your engine with the large green flywheel?
Looks absolutely magnificent, what is it's size & power relative to others there?
I remember the name "Aveling Barford"?..I think they made steam rollers/engines etc?!
We have some of these traction engines down under, quite a few made by Fowler.
