I’m selling my beast of a defender 110, It has been the love of my life for the last three years and ive spent thousands on it and used it for thousands of miles shes been a trusty old girl but a business venture means I have to let her go to the next lucky owner!
I bought it at 125,000 as a standard XS Double cab, it has the usual Air con (ice cold) heated seats and screen, ABS/TC, half leather seats, electric windows all as per Land Rover's top XS spec. I then over the 3 years modified it to how it is today while sitting about 175k miles currently, largely motorway miles Turbotechnics Hybrid turbo, TD5Inside remap to 180bhp from 120bhp Allisport full width intercooler, LOF Ultraspec Kevlar HD clutch, Updated Genuine LR output shaft with grease. Full external roll cage to chassis. Pair of Lazer LED RS-8 light bars, MUD U.K. led interior lights, All lights outside are led inc headlights. Bilstien b6 shocks, Old man emu Steering damper Full superpro bush kit, D44 winch bumper With goodwich 9.5/rope/wireless remote Rear stainless steel storage drawer, Custom Union Jack XS cubby box, Syncro slickshift, First Four Rock and tree sliders Air box modification with 3" unrestricted tubing to wing. Equipe 4x4 front steering guard. Gwyn Lewis Sumo HD steering bars 2” recievers front and rear with shackle mounts and drop plate tow bar. decatted and straight thru exhaust, BFG KO2 AT 275 75 16 tyres on twisted style Alloys, Spare wheel is a black Sawtooth with a new 265 75 16 BFG KM2 All fluids changed every 6k New brake discs and pads all round 500 miles ago As you can see its a very expensive list of the very best modifications for quality. I know I will but I’m starting a plant hire business so I need the capital from it a discovery 5 commercial or hilux on lease is likely to be its replacement

My business bought the car from me and the running costs, repairs and depreciation was against the company tax.

I do not want to lease the kit as I dont want the the payments hanging over my head if they are parked up for whatever reason so prefer to buy em outright and lease a discovery commercial as I can use that for my current. job as well
