I have recently contacted motorsports-developments https://shop.motorsport-developments.co.uk...s-43-c.asp to see if they stocked a magnetised sump plug to suit my 2.2 Tdci.
They have responded “Unfortunately we do not have a size listed for your vehicle as we only list my size rather than vehicle fitment, however if you could find out what size it is you require i can check to see if it is an item we stock.” Does anyone know what the size/description would be for our sump plug (other than the part number of 1013938) 2015 110 Defender Heritage Utility Station Wagon 2014 B8 Audi RS4 2003 Audi A2 1.4 Tdi |

Do you know if the 2.2 and 2.4 have the same size?
Answer may be on this thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic52187.html?highlight=femco Defender "Puma" 2.4 110 County Utility (possibly the last of the 2.4's) |

I just made my own with a 5x20mm Neodymium bar magnet, drilled a 5mm hole in the centre of the standard plug to about 8mm deep and stuck one of these in, I put a drop of superglue in the hole but it didn't really need it.

Thanks for this link. Perfect!! If I had know about this supplier sooner I would have purchased their 5 plug kit "This is a Kit designed for the 'Angry Pumas' Group on Facebook. This Kit gives you 5 x of our SMPs, all for Pumas. 1 x For Engine Sump, 2 x for gearbox, replacing the daft Torx blanking Plugs with 2 x of our SMP ones with a Socket head (Hurrah) and 2 x of our SMP units for the axle drains." 2015 110 Defender Heritage Utility Station Wagon 2014 B8 Audi RS4 2003 Audi A2 1.4 Tdi |

Great find smb, I will have some of the drain plugs for the gbox, transfer box, and axles...
Not the engine tho - I like the FEMCO I would have though the engine would have been ok (as it has the filter) Defender "Puma" 2.4 110 County Utility (possibly the last of the 2.4's) |
