No reason a sensibly driven vehicle shouldn't be on the original clutch at that mileage. My mate has just changed the original clutch on his 51 plate freelander with 370k miles (full LRSH before he bought it which confirmed it was on the original)
My 90 had a new clutch when I had an upgraded gear and transfer box, not because it needed it but because it was apart. The old clutch had very little wear at 109k miles 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon 1990 Vogue SE Triumph Tiger Explorer 1200 Td5 90 Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic50767.html Tdi 110 Thread https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic69562.html RRC Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic54492.html Instagram http://www.instagram.com/george_grafton |

Hit and miss really. TD5 clutches often tend to fail between 70 - 100k
If it works then happy days! Instagram @defender_ventures Empire Tuning - Agent |

Just changed my 02 Td5 clutch at 166k.
The clutch was ok but had to change the dual mass flywheel so made sense to change the clutch as well. Defender Td5 Commercial 2002 Range Rover L322 TDV8 Westminster 2012 Discovery 4 SDV6 Landmark 2016 |
