Thats alot of weight TJ101 does that include the walls of the awning.

Been looking at Fiamma 35 pro, alot lighter but not too sure if there are arms which do the supporting or just legs.

caravanstore was the one I had (see photo) basic but I liked it. http://www.jacksons-camping.co.uk/fiamma/caravanstore.htm
The thing i like about the tBR one is it is light does not take up much room on the roof rack and has a good shade covering. |

Now also have the short version across the back of the rack for shade when in the back. Both Hanibal fron Nene Overland and great, easy to use and no legs or tie dows, wind changes, just get in the truck and move it! Whats broken now ? |

I bought a Howling Moon in the end due to having adjustable poles at the front
 being 6`6" it helps if the front is higher not a problem for you Cussy  and it matches the roof tent. Weight i guess about under 10Kgs |

Good choice Sonic, was going to buy the same but bought a 1.6m tourer tent from Trek Overland which acts as an awning when open over the side of truck, so no need now. Can't wait to use it!

Nice bit of kit  You will enjoy it , they are soooo comfortable to sleep in and as you say you get a side awning thrown in with the half that hangs out the one side
First class service from Trek i had a problem with my tent with the alloy poles inside not sitting straight and hey ho i now have a new tent . Might put it on this weekend and open it up and get the hose on it to seal the canvas ready for when shorty oops Discocussy visits next weekend for a trip to Wales |
