Engle MT45F-G3
Borrowed one for a camping trip to Lock Lomond and was wondering does this fridge have a low volt cut out feature? Just don't want to totally drain the two aux batteries. 1999 Defender TD5 110

As far as I know the Engel fridges do not have a built in battery monitor.

Engel do a battery monitor as an accessory. Look here

Be aware there are camping restrictions all around Loch Lomond all summer. You can only camp on an approved camp site or face heavy fines. 80" 1948

We have an Engel fridge and a ARB fridge. One of the reason we prefer the ARB is the low battery protection inbuilt. If looking to purchase a 4x4 fridge I would suggest looking at both the ARB and Dometic (formerly badged as Waeco) . Both have inbuilt battery monitor. The Dometic won the best 4x4 fridge in 2015(?) in Australia.

Thanks Brendan. I would prefer a coolbox with low battery cut off. 1999 Defender TD5 110
