Cobalt bit, and keep it straight and true so no risk of snapping off. No Guts, No Glory.

Thanks to all for the assist.

Pop rivets all out and replaced with stainless fixings and Nakatanenga grille.

Cheers to Brendan for the service. It was ordered on the Friday and arrived on Monday...Well it would have if someone had been in to sign for Fed Ex.

Quality seems decent but slightly unsure about the logo on grille. Think I'm going to live with it for a bit and then if it still irks replace with Britpart stainless or perhaps go for a wire Zunsport jobby.

If your under 2 feet tall or a contortionist then you'll notice the Nakatanenga logo, otherwise forget it and get on with life. It doesn't bother me and I suffer from acute OCD.

Glad you managed to drill out the pop rivets OK. Thumbs Up Defender 90XS SW

Cheeky begger. I'm at least 2 feet 8 in heels.

You are probably right though. Even knowing I have OCD it's still far too easy to obsess over the little things. Especially when I have a peeling crossmember to worry about first..and the crusty rear step...and removing the decals...and the slightly scruffy headlights..and...aaggghhh
