You don't appear to have the correct hose for the turbo as it's too small and doesn't have a sharp enough angle.

The s shaped one looks like the one that should go to the egr from the intercooler. Are you sure you've put the right ones on so far? Ray

BTW, as you said 3 hoses needed I've assumed it's a TD5 Defender you have, now i may be wrong but the TD5 Discovery 2 takes 4 hoses which would account for your dilemma.....you sure you ordered the correct hoses for your model?

Thanks for the replies
Managed to contact the seller who agrees that I've received the wrong hoses/kit and agreed to send the 2x hoses back that dont fit in return for the 1 I need. Yes its for a TD5 defender and purchased the kit listed for a TD5 so dont know what went wrong? Just a pain when things go wrong after planning the installation for the bank holiday weekend Loving my new intercooler though
