ABS Sensor Renewed but what is the brass clip for?

I've renewed the ABS Sensor, F/N/S, and solved the alarm, ABS + TC, but what is the brass clip for that came in the kit from Bearmach? It isn't on the original wiring. Any thoughts?

Do you mean the copper bit in the following picture?

If so, it's the sensor bush. It goes down inside the king pin where your ABS sensor is housed. Your king pin would have had the original still in place and is ok to reuse

Thanks for explaining. I didn't realise that the sensor bush was replaceable. Changing the sensor has put out the ABS and TC lights but has left me £192 lighter. How can anyone justify that for a bit of wire and a magnet?

I got a genuine Bosch one for a Puma for less than 30 quid from GSF.

Identical to the LR part.
