Yep she's absolutely mint, only 11k on the clock. The nicest one I could find before the price basically doubled.
Now enjoying reading all the threads about security hinges |

It'll probably be quicker to list what I haven't got planned
I think straight off the bat it'll be privacy glass, black kbx grille and vents, black wheels... weighing up nemesis/twisted/sawtooth options Chequer plates to the lower sills, undecided about the bonnet Sound proofing Security and ICE Re-mapping I'll probably then try and leave for her a bit to see how we get on together, I don't want to impulse buy too much too soon. Part of the fun for me is doing my research and then sourcing the parts. I also get very bored very quickly with cars so want to try and take my time over this one. Most of the early mods I expect to be pretty cosmetic so I'm happy to take advice and comments from the peanut gallery on other required mods |

As everyone loves a good piccie or two here's my LR family... and I'm avoiding working
This is what I am getting rid of... most boring car I've ever owned, can't wait to see the back of it! (Apparently we don't always know what we want in life) Click image to enlarge And this was my first LR - loved this car, had great fun playing around with it... was nothing much I could do it by the time she left... she only went because of the lovely video LR took on it's last service and showed me all the oil leaks Click image to enlarge |

You sold the Freelander because of oil leaks and you've bought a Defender
Welcome nonetheless, enjoy the upgrades. Looks like you have a sold idea of what you are after. And no worries about making it a smarter, we're a very non judgmental forum, as long as you haven't got a Khan Monsieur Le Grenadier I've not been everywhere, but it's on my list..... 2011 Puma 110DC - Corris Grey |
