I was sort of hoping that it would be.
I have been thinking of it for quite a while now, then saw a TD5 on Foley's site with the new Puma bonnet, so I assumed it could be done fairly easily. My friend has just picked up a de-cat downpipe and mid-pipe replacement, so they will be going on when I next change the oil. I will probably get around to looking at the bonnet after that. |

I sent the lynch mob back to the bar as that is a good reason. As for the other annoying Defender Water Feature...dammed (and damned) water cascading from the roof over the windscreen....may be a bulge (or a bilge pump) in the roof would fix that too Mahn '08 Defender 110 ex '95 Disco 300 Tdi www.aulro.com |

Oh you mean it's not just mine that do that As for the bonnet I've been tempted to do just that and see how it fits on my Tdi but never really gone and done it yet. The only difference I am aware of is the fact that that the new one is about 2" wider at the firewall and about an 1" wider at the front. This may be a problem if you have 3mm checker plate fitted to the wing tops as it will shut over it and may not clear it. 110 2.4TDCi 110 300Tdi LROCV ::: AULRO.com |
