Play (rocking) in seats
My 2016 quickly developed play in the drivers seat base. When I say play I mean you can rock the seat back and forward. The seat base was replaced under warranty and not the new seat base and also the passenger seat has started doing the same.

Is this normal? Have anyone got solid seats? Any point in having them do them again?

Are the four nuts and bolts that hold it to the seat box tight?

Or is the play in the sliding mech?

After 80 odd thousand miles mine aren't loose. So I would say if yours is under warranty it's worth getting them done again if they don't just need the bolts nipping up.

It’s the mechanism itself. I just can’t stand the thought of having to deal with the dealer again. I swear, I will never buy another new Land Rover. It’s been in like 15 times for warranty issues already.

My drivers seat was replaced after a couple of weeks under warranty (dealer was well aware of the issue).
20k on and there is some movement a "squeaking" when you first get in if you lean back hard. I haven't really looked into it, but I suspect this is different and possibly coming from the hinge where the back meets the base. Might need a screw tightening.

So I've definitely had the problem once. Not sure whether it is coming back.
