^^^ Fine by me, as she's a nice fillip for a tired morning.
But in reality I find her to be a very good and knowledgable presenter, certainly better than that oaf Jones. Monsieur Le Grenadier I've not been everywhere, but it's on my list..... 2011 Puma 110DC - Corris Grey |

We “won’t see it for a couple of years”?
Didn’t think it would be that long until we’d see it! |

I though that the 30th of April at 20.00 was supposedly the Time When All Will Be Revealed.

I understood that 70 years on the button, would be the moment it will be revealed. 30th April...
What I cannot fathom is how come not a single squiggly fablon covered prototype has been spotted. Only the chopped RR Sport a while back. Such "body swap" prototypes are used to test the drivetrain. But the body structure has to be tested as well.... 1998 Tdi 90 SW, 2008 Td4 90 SW, 2012 2.2 90 SW, 2" raised Trailmaster/Terrafirma Heavy Track Raids, 255 MTs, Recaro CSs, anorak, wellingtons |

It will be assembled in the new Slovakia factory. Understand that that is nowhere close to being ready.
Go to google maps, search for “Jaguar Land Rover site Nitra”, and you will get a good view with a few hundred pictures. Surely not really up to date until right now, a pity nobody here is from Slovakia to do a little spying on the spot. Eric You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation. http://youtu.be/yVRlSsJwD0o https://youtu.be/vmPr3oTHndg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_GtzTT9Pdl0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABqKPz28e6A https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLZ49Jce_n0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XvAsz_ilQYU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8tMHiX9lSw https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dxwjPuHIV7I https://vimeo.com/201482507 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZSixqL0iyHw |

Blackwolf, that has crossed my mind too, after seeing the short wheelbase prototype.
Oh but I dearly hope otherwise. 1998 Tdi 90 SW, 2008 Td4 90 SW, 2012 2.2 90 SW, 2" raised Trailmaster/Terrafirma Heavy Track Raids, 255 MTs, Recaro CSs, anorak, wellingtons |

Alas, the shape of the snow silhouette bonnet/grille would entirely suggest the current LR nose. Monsieur Le Grenadier

I was talking to my friendly JLR dealer yesterday, who had seen it at a dealer presentation.
He told me a few interesting snippets: - in showrooms (in Holland) in 2019 - models will include 90, 110 and 130, including a 130 SW with 8 or 9 seats. - definitely takes cues from the design concept Finish will be less spartan than the outgoing models, but still a workhorse. He mentioned earlier discos as comparison. Let’s see... |

Something like the old exterior with a disco 1 interior would be bang on the money for me, just needs basic engine to avoid stupid servicing costs, basic 5l V8 would do....
