From what I have read you are not alone, seems like many folks have paid money then waited and waited......
You could try WW Spares as Tom occasionally used to have the odd decent second hand S2 bulkhead which he imported from Australia. Is your bulkhead really past saving? There are some good repair panels available and there is a couple of guys near me who restore Series vehicles and they might be able to save yours. |

Brother gave it to me years ago, body not to bad but the chassis, bulkhead and one of the axel casings where rotton.
So me and my nephew decided to rebuild it rather than scrap it, bought a new chassis about 6 years ago but started rebuilding it about 18 months ago so needless to say it's costing a small fortune buying replacement parts stripping, cleaning and painting etc. At least in a couple of years time there will be another 2a on the road saved from the scrap man. Robert Owen Engineering in Doncaster do series 3 bulkheads from £1350, it's a pity they do not do 2a bulkheads.

As Defender 9 pointed out, be careful handing over large amounts of cash upfront with Pegasus, They seem a bit vague with lead times on parts, and will happily keep you in the dark and waiting, which is not ideal! 80" 80" 86" 88" 90" Wanted, Forward Control Anything considered. |

Might be worth registering with the Series 2 Club forum. There have been a few interesting stories on there of people handing over their money and receiving less than truthful information on the lead time from Pegasus. At least one member took the difficult decision to cancel their order after waiting more than a year for signs of progress.
There is also another business on there (westlakesAWD) who is ramping up new bulkhead production and they look good, as well as a potential source of repair sections. The photos are gone thanks for Photobucket but you can see some on https://www.facebook.com/WESTLAKESAWD/ |
