You might not like him and / or agree on his salary, but he probably has quality to keep people entertained. Let's be honest, if you got to choose between 2 exactly the same jobs you'd pick the one who paid the moest as well.
The way I see it, his money (not yours), his choice.

Hi Ian,

Not seen that 80" but very nice!

Quiet popular in Australia due to certain states requiring a central number plate.

it's also very similar to the tail board number plate bracket fitted to Tickford Station Wagons though had an ST51 light.

So with the same theory, are policemen, nurses and soldiers not allowed to buy anyone presents, as "we" pay their wages with our taxes?

Mr Evans does a lot more than just work for the BBC... books, investments, radio stations (when he had them, don't know about now) so maybe the money came from there?

Just saying!

I have been listening the to the show this week and it appears that the whole breakfast show team contributed from the producers to the presenters, so that would include Vassos Alexander (sport), Moira Stuart (news) and all the production team (the Frothy Coffee man!) and not just Mr Evans.

I have enjoyed Lynn's travel reports on Chris Evans (previously Terry Wogan's show) and Ken Bruce's show for the last 18 years. I shall miss her voice and especially the banter with Ken Bruce, however there is a team of other stand-in traffic people who cover for when there are holidays etc.

I wish her the best of luck. Cheers Don.

Only know that gent from his disaster appearance in the post Hamster period Top Gear. But, I tip my hat for his ability to earn good money in a perfectly legal way. He found his niche in the entertainment market and maximizes his returns from it, so a great business man in his unique way. Respect. Thumbs Up
Eric You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation.
