Lucky lady! Lynn Bowles is a long time Land Rover fan, shes always talking about them on Radio 2. Good for her I hope she enjoys it! A really lovely Series with a little movie history.

A postman in Holland got sacked 'just' before 50 years employment and PostNL gave him a couple of stamps worth less than 10 pounds. What a great way to say goodbye to a loyal employer. |

I've been in my job 18 years this year
Also, it should probably be made clear that this was obviously a gift from Chris Evans and not from the BBC!! Whilst I don't doubt they may have been generous I'm fairly certain it wouldn't stretch to the £15k+ for the Series! In truth, I suppose it is you and I who have paid for this gifted Land Rover as after all the obscene amount of money Evans earns from the BBC paid out of the Licence Fee that you and I pay. For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at..

He's an annoying git and never listen to his show. But I do like him, he's got a good heart.
Lynn used to be at Billing shows, when there was only Billing, she used to 'MC' in the show area. Good for her. Read Chris Evans book, he likes to look after his team. He once brought an NAS 90 over when he left the States. |
