[SOLD] Steering Guard Bar Genuine Land Rover steering guard bar. This unit has never been fitted but it does have some knocks from storage and some surface rust inside the main tube. Click image to enlarge £25 and collection only from Deepcut, Surrey. It's too big and awkward to package up. Yes, it will fit a 200 TDi and is a simple job as all the holes to pass the bolts through are already in the chassis, from memory you will have to undo a nut on one of the bolts that pass through the chassis rails, however, you may also need a couple of extra bolts size M10 120mm Hex Head Bolts if you have not got recovery eyes bolted to the chassis as the front legs of the bar use these bolts you will also need a new Bolt,1/2UNF x 6 1/4 part 253948 and a large spacer part number NRC5627 in order to fit it. I have had one of these bars fitted for a good few years and they look good. What is the genuine LR part no for item 10 please, it's not quite on your screen shot? The one for sale above has the genuine Land Rover sticker attached so it's obviously OEM. I think there is a difference in the aftermarket ones as they seem to rust very quickly where the genuine ones do not I have had a genuine one fitted for five years and it still looks good and relatively rust free. For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at.. http://www.youtube.com/user/conwy1
