I bought an approved disco and it came with budget tyres. Dealer not interested, customer services not interested and finally the chief execs office told me that the items listed on the approved used programme were only a recommendation Rolling Eyes

So can say a lot about the LR customer relations.

But....... Nitram, this way they help you practice your counting! Not everyone is doing that, it takes a special person Rolling with laughter a defender from 1984 pretending to be a puma with a touch of Range Rover

Mate, if you're REALLY serious about this, you're wasting your time.
Like I said, do some homework & find someone in JLR's head office, and send them an email,....if you've got a genuine complaint, you will get a response.
One thing that not many do these days is write a letter?
May I suggest, write a letter to Ralf Speth (not sure of the spelling), address the letter by his correct title, and mark the letter "Personal/Confidential", & see what happens. Make sure the letter is properly prepared, typed correctly etc, and see how you go. If not Speth, find out the name of the "Big Chief" of customer relations & try them.
I'll give you an example. Several years ago, a cheque book was stolen from my letter box, $3500 of fraudulent cheques cashed. Not my fault, not my signature, so I contact my bank, make out a police report, travel to see the bank manager, have a nice interview, he says money will be put back in my account within a week, Two weeks go by, no money, ring the manager, he's out,..L/M to call me. Three weeks go by, no return call no funds in account. So, what do I do, I ring his "Chief Area Manager",.....who says "that is a disgrace, leave it with me"! HALF AN HOUR LATER, I get a call from my bank "manager",..full of apologies ra ra ra,...money's in my account that afternoon.
