I don't think it's gung ho.... 1) videos always make the vehicle look like its going faster than it really is, and 2) you need a fair bit of momentum to get through some drifts.

Yep, the gopro does make things look a bit faster than they are, as diesel_jim says. sometimes need a little bit of umph to get through the drifts. They'd only formed in the last couple of hours though so were still soft and fluffy...
